This training will be divided into two 30-minute sessions (a single one-hour session is available upon request).
We will cover:
- downloading the free app
- set up and login
- a review of features
- adding a contact
- create a filter
- practice using the app
This plan includes one-hour of online instruction to be conducted over Zoom (will be scheduled as two half-hour sessions).
You'll be given download and installation instructions of the featured app over email before your session is scheduled to begin (included in the initial fee).

How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll be given instructions on how to book a time for your appointment through the intake interface.
What if I need to reschedule an appointment?
The calendar feature makes it easy to reschedule. No rescheduling fees are applied if you reschedule more than 24 hours in advance.
Can I purchase the same coaching more than once?
Of course! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again. There will also be an on-going support option soon.
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
For one-time coaching sessions, you may receive a full refund if you cancel up to 48 hours before your session. After that, no refunds are available.
